My husband and I spent three nights (June 2010) with Nathalie and Paul and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable, attractive, and nicely appointed, we were walking distance from everywhere, and the breakfast was an excellent start to the day - especially Nathalie's chocolate walnut bread! Nathalie was a wonderful host and even sent us on our way with some freshly baked croissants for our long train ride. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Staying here greatly enhanced our visit to Quebec City. Nathalie & Paul were terrific hosts, always willing to offer assistance on finding things to do or sites to see. Breakfast was terrific as well. it was the most filling and satisfying continental breakfast we have had, and was a great way to start off each day. The house itself is very quaint and picturesque, and situated perfectly in the city, just outside of the Old City walls so getting around by foot was no problem at all. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we were sorry to have to leave. We will certainly be adding A la Decouverte to our future Quebec City travel plans, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at A la Decouverte in July 2009. Nathalie and Paul are excellent hosts. The rooms are comfortable and breakfasts prepared by Nathalie made for a great start each day. The location is very good, being accessible to the waterfront and a short walk to the main street of the old city. It would be hard to find a more comfortable and friendly B&B at this price and so well situated.

Very nicely appointed home; extremely clean; great breakfast; and the most friendly hosts. We stayed two nights and had a great time walking the 'Old City'. If you're arriving by train, don't plan on renting a car - you won't need it. Everything is within walking distance. What a fantastic City. We loved everything about our weekend.

We had such a delightful stay in Old Quebec City. The days seemed to fly by but we're quite impressed with all we managed to see and do in our short stay. Your beautiful B&B made everything that much more special, starting our morning with a delicious, nourishing breakfast and your charming hospitality - and ending our day with a spacious, attractive room and a very comfortable bed where we could lay our tired old (but happy) bones.
